A 21-year-old woman died Thursday when the vehicle she was driving left the main road in Barachois Brook. Police were dispatched to the single-vehicle crash just after the supperhour. St. George’s Fire Department and Reliable Ambulance also responded. The woman, who was the lone occupant of the vehicle, died at the scene.

The investigation is continuing.
