A baker in central Newfoundland was recognized for her incredible talent on a national baking show this week. 

Looking to her family for creative inspiration, she  earned the title of CTV’s Cross Country Cake-Off champion. We spoke with Catherine Sansome about her baking journey, and tv competition experience.
