With the lack of snow in most of the province, the Department of Digital Government and Service NL is reminding residents that the last day to have studded tires removed from their vehicles is Wednesday, April 30.

Under the Highway Traffic Act, studded tires may only be used between November 1 and April 30. The date is subject to change due to weather and is the responsibility of the Minister of Digital Government and Service NL.
