Both the City of St. John’s and the City of Mount Pearl budgets will be released Tuesday.

St. John’s will release its budget at tomorrow’s council meeting at 3 p.m. A briefing will be held at 1:30 p.m. for representatives of the media to review Budget 2024. All information is embargoed until the Budget speech is delivered in Council chambers. Councillor Ron Ellsworth, lead for Finance, will host a media availability prior to the Council meeting.

Meanwhile, Mount Pearl Mayor Dave Aker and members of council will release Budget 2024 at tomorrow’s council meeting. The budget will be delivered by Councillor Mark Rice, Co-Chair of the Corporate Services and Public Works Committee. NTV News will be following both stories.
