Two people are dead after collision involving a transport truck and a pickup truck on the Burin Peninsula this morning.

It happened on route 210 about 15 minutes north of Marystown. The two men in the pickup truck died at the scene.

The news came as a ceremony was held in St. John’s today, remembering road crash victims in the province. NTV’s Beth Penney reports.
