The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary officially welcomed 13 new officers to its ranks in a swearing-in ceremony on Monday.

The swearing-in ceremony is led by the Oath of Office, followed by the presentation of breast shields by Chief Patrick Roche, Deputy Chief Colin McNeil and Deputy Chief Stephanie Lagace.

The newly appointed constables will be assigned to patrol services throughout RNC jurisdictions in the province.
