The RNC continues to promote traffic safety this summer through roadside checks and the use of radar.

Over a span of several hours Monday, police conducted multiple traffic safety checkpoints and speed enforcement initiatives in Corner Brook, Irishtown, Frenchman’s Cove and Lark Harbour. Officers were predominantly met with compliance and safe behaviours, however, two tickets were issued for speeding and two related to vehicle registration infractions.
