The RNC received a report of suspicious activity on Military Road in St. John’s just after 1:00 a.m. this morning.

Officers located a lone male in a secure construction site. The 30-year-old was arrested and charged with break and enter, resisting arrest, breach of probation and breach of release order.

He was held to appear in court.
