Man arrested after police operation ends near Port Saunders

The police operation near Port Saunders has concluded with one person taken into custody. The RCMP had advised Tuesday that a police operation was underway in the area of Old Eddies Cove Road near Port Saunders. There was no threat to the general public but police asked that people avoid the area.
