Supreme Court won’t hear appeal, setting stage for new trial in 2019 drunk driving case
The Supreme Court of Canada has dismissed an appeal from a man accused of causing a fatal crash while driving drunk in Gander in 2019. That means he will be going to trial. NTV’s Bailey Howard reports.
