Federal seniors minister announces funding to combat ageism, elder abuse
The federal minister for seniors was in the province Wednesday to announce funding for Seniors NL. The money would go toward a broad range of initiatives such as combatting ageism, elder abuse and social isolation. NTV’s Ryan Harding reports.
