RCMP Traffic Services West recently conducted concentrated enforcement on the Northern Peninsula Highway (Route 430). A number of motorists were ticketed for various infractions under the Highway Traffic Act.

On Saturday, Sept. 21, police issued 26 tickets with speeding being the most common violation.  Additionally, five motorists were ticketed for passing other motorists on a solid line.
