Inside Story: Torbay mayor defends town council’s actions in dealing with code of conduct issues
Torbay Mayor Craig Scott is responding to comments by Deputy Mayor Colleen Tapper about how the municipal code of conduct is enforced. Scott says council did nothing wrong, but agrees the province needs to take on a bigger role in overseeing complaints. NTV’s Colleen Lewis reports.
