Firefighters from three departments continue to battle a blaze at the historic Driftwood Inn in Deer Lake.
All hotel guests are accounted for and safe. The fire destroyed the hotel and attached Jungle Jim’s restaurant Saturday morning.
RCMP officers responded to the fire around 7 a.m. Officers evacuated nearby residences and continue to conduct traffic control because of a large propane tank on site.
