Trans-Canada Highway Re-Opens After Monday Evening Crash Near Glovertown
Around 7:45pm on Monday, February 23rd, a motor vehicle collision prompted RCMP to close the Trans-Canada Highway between the Traytown and Glovertown exits. Police advised the public to use caution when on the roads and consider delaying any non-essential travel due to road conditions. Hours later, just before 3am, RCMP provided an update that the highway has re-opened in both directions, but clean up efforts at the scene continue and drivers should use caution through the area.
