Tip From the Public Led Police to Help Woman Assaulted and Trapped in a Home
A report of a domestic disturbance led police to help a woman who was assaulted and trapped in a home. Just before 9pm Monday night, RNC learned that a woman was in a Kilbride dwelling needing help. After investigating, police learned that an intoxicated man assaulted her and was preventing her from leaving. The 34 year-old man was arrested and charged with assault and forcible confinement.
