Temporary bridge closure this weekend
The Ruth Avenue Bridge, which crosses over Pitts Memorial Drive between roundabouts on Ruth Avenue and Beaumont Hamel Way in Mount Pearl, will be closed from 6-10 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 23 and from 6-10 on Sunday, Sept. 24. The bridge closure is necessary for to facilitate inspection and evaluation of the structure.
Motorists will be required to use an alternate route and should plan for some traffic delays.
