TCH reopens near Route 80 after serious collision
The TCH near the Route 80 overpass is now reopened and clear for all traffic to flow in both directions.
Traffic has been detoured for many hours after a seriois collision Tuesday, but the highway reopens just before 2 a.m. Wednesday.
