TCH lane closure near Chance Cove
Whitbourne-Placentia RCMP is advising all motorists that one lane of the Trans-Canada Highway near Chance Cove is closed due to a motor vehicle collision. While the highway remains passable, road conditions in the area remain poor, and police are asking all drivers to proceed with patience and caution. Please slow down, leave space between vehicles and obey all instructions from emergency responders.
A reminder that the Move Over Law requires you to slow down for emergency vehicles, and to move over where it is safe to do so.
