Stella’s Circle says it has range of services for residents of Horizons at 106
Stella’s Circle is one of two organizations that will provide support for residents who are being forced to move out of Horizons at 106. The executive director says the residents will be provided with a range of services. NTV’s Kyle Brookings reports.
