RNC searching for missing person Savanah Cadigan
The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) is seeking the assistance of the public in locating missing person Savanah Cadigan of St. John’s.
The 18-year-old is described as being approximately 5’2″ tall, slim build, long, dark brown hair with blue highlights and a tattoo of “Chris” or her left forearm. She was last seen wearing a pink hoodie, dark ripped jeans and tan boots.
