RNC issues ticket to ATV driver
The RNC were called to a residence in Pouch Cove on Thursday evening to a report of an ATV operating in a wooded area.
The complainant stopped the ATV, and officers ticketed the 16-year-old driver under the Forestry Act for operating an off-road vehicle in a prohibited area.
The driver was also given a ticket for driving without insurance.
Police seized the ATV.
