RNC charge man with attempted murder
The RNC has charged a man with attempted murder following a 2024 shooting in St. John’s.
On June 12, 2024, police responded to a call for service at a St. John’s hospital where a female had presented with a gunshot wound.
The Major Crime Unit was engaged and yesterday, March 12, investigators charged Dylan Walsh with more than a dozen firearms offences in addition to:
- Attempted murder
- Aggravated assault
- Forcible confinement
- Assault with a weapon
- Assault
- Mischief
- Intimidation
- Failing to provide the necessities of life
The 28-year-old is scheduled to appear in court today.
