For years, three communities in the remote northern section of the Burin Peninsula have been fighting with the province to restore a dedicated ambulance service to their area.
The closest health care centre is more than 100 kilometres away, and a dedicated ambulance service could mean the difference between life and death. NTV’s Ross Tilley has the story.
