Province touts potential 15 per cent rebate on power bills; Churchill Falls debate coming Monday
The provincial government was promoting the Churchill Falls deal once again today, this time with a 15 per cent rebate on power bills. But the rebate will only happen if the new agreement with Quebec crosses the finish line. Still, cost-of-living relief will come this fall because of the rising price of oil.
