Premier Tony Wakeham has picked a new chief negotiator to finalize the Churchill Falls deal. Former Newfoundland Power CEO Gary Smith is replacing former Fortis CEO Barry Perry, who is stepping aside to be a special advisor to government. NTV’s Ben Cleary reports.
