Police warning drivers after tractor trailer jackknifes west of the Norris Arm
Grand Falls-Windsor RCMP advises of slowed travel along the Trans-Canada Highway, due to a tractor trailer jackknifed west of the Norris Arm turnoff. Emergency crews are on the scene directing traffic.
Although the Trans-Canada Highway remains passable at this time, motorists are urged to reduce their speed and approach the area with added caution.
