Police stop driver with fake license plates
On Sunday afternoon, the RNC in Corner Brook conducted a stop on a vehicle bearing fictitious Alberta license plates.
The male driver was charged with impaired operation, and with exceeding the allowable limit of alcohol in his blood.
His vehicle was seized and he was charged with numerous offences under the Highway Traffic Act and the Cannabis Control Act.
The accused will appear in court in October.
