Shortly before 3:00 p.m. on January 14, a traffic services officer on patrol along Route 230 near Lethbridge observed an SUV that appeared to be unfit for the roadway and conducted a traffic stop.
The 47-year-old male driver was unable to provide insurance and registration documents, and further investigation revealed that the vehicle did not have proper insurance.
