Police respond to single-vehicle crash, arrest man for failing to comply with court-imposed conditions
Holyrood RCMP charged a 35-year-old Paradise man with for failure to comply with his court ordered conditions, after police responded to a single-vehicle crash on the Trans-Canada Highway (TCH) on Wednesday.
On Feb. 11, just after 9:30 p.m., police received a report of a single-vehicle crash on the TCH near the Foxtrap weigh scales. Police responded and located an injured driver, who was operating the vehicle without a licence and breaching conditions imposed on him by the court.
The driver, James Greenham, was taken to hospital for treatment of minor injuries and held in police custody until his court appearance today. He has been charged with failure to comply with a release order condition and operating a motor vehicle with an invalid license.
