Police impound vehicle held together with duct tape with smashed windshield
At 9:15 a.m. on Monday, RNC officers noticed a vehicle travelling on Elizabeth Avenue in St. John’s that appeared un-roadworthy.
The windshield was smashed, and parts of the vehicle were being held together with duct tape.
Officers conducted a traffic stop, and the 40-year-old male driver was issued tickets for driving without insurance, driving without a driver’s license, and driving with improper tires.
