Police Called to Assault in Progress on Aldershot Street
A 52-year old man has been charged with assault after an incident on Aldershot Street in St. John’s yesterday. Just before 8:30pm, RNC received a report of an assault in progress, and responded to the scene. There, officers spoke to the female victim and a witness, then arrested the suspect. He has been charged with assault and will appear in court this morning.
