Plane people return to N.L. on eve of 9/11 anniversary to say thank you
All eyes are on Gander as this province, and the world, get ready to commemorate the 25th anniversary of 9/11. Thousands of people had their flights diverted to Newfoundland on that fateful day, and many of them have returned this week to say thank you for the kindness they received. NTV’s Colleen Lewis reports.
