Opposition dissatisfied with rules for special debate on Churchill Falls
The special debate on Churchill Falls will start in the House of Assembly will start Sept. 14. But the opposition is not happy with the rules, saying they don’t allow enough time to question the government. NTV’s Ben Cleary reports.
