OceanGate operated without oversight, TSB finds in Titan disaster report
Just a day before the three-year anniversary of the Titan submersible’s final voyage, the Transportation Safety Board released its report on the disaster. The TSB found that OceanGate was operating without oversight, and did not know whether the sub was safe to use before the catastrophic implosion. NTV’s Ben Cleary reports.
