NL Health Services recruits more nurses and doctors
NL Health Services released a statement this week confirming they have hired 25 new physicians.
The doctors were recruited locally, and internationally, and will be located throughout the province and work in a range of specialties including family medicine, as well as surgery, gynaecology, radiology, and orthopaedics.
In addition to the 25 new physicians, NL Health Services announced 156 new international nurses were recruited, and over 300 local nursing graduates were recruited and started working in April.
The province says they hope this can provide more services for patients across the province.
