The province has a new millionaire. Judith Locke of Mount Pearl won $2 Million playing 20X Supreme. Locke says she plans to share her winnings with her family and they will all celebrate together at Swiss Chalet, her favorite restaurant, to enjoy ribs and cherish the moment.
