N.L. Health Services apologizes for test ‘phishing’ e-mail that unions call ‘cruel’
N.L. Health Services apologized Wednesday for a phishing awareness e-mail that was sent to health care employees. Three health care unions, the Registered Nurses’ Union, NAPE and Allied Health Professionals, were outraged by the insensitive nature of the e-mail. NTV’s Rosie Mullaley reports,
