More delays in bail hearing for man accused of killing six-year-old boy in hit and run
Tyler Julian Day, who is accused of killing a six-year-old boy in a vehicle-pedestrian collision, was due back in court Tuesday for another attempt at a bail hearing. But once again there was no progress in the case. NTV’s Marykate O’Neill reports.
