Memorial Day service marks 110th anniversary of Battle of Beaumont-Hamel
While many are celebrating Canada Day, July 1 is also a solemn day in Newfoundland and Labrador.
Today is Memorial Day, and a large crowd gathered at the National War Memorial in St. John’s this morning to remember the fallen.
