Man taken to hospital after assault in St. John’s
On Tuesday afternoon the RNC were called to a report of an assault outside a residential area in the west end of St. John’s.
Police arrived and located a male victim with significant injuries who was transported to hospital for treatment.
Officers investigating determined two males were responsible for the assault. A 46 and 48 year old male. One male suspect was located and charged with assault. The second male is being investigated for assault, assault with a weapon, and aggravated assault charges.
The investigation continues.
