Man banned from driving indefinitely found behind the wheel
RNC officers observed a truck towing a small trailer travelling along Pitts Memorial Drive, and sparks were seen coming from the trailer. The officer conducted a traffic stop and observed a spring leaf dragging causing the sparks.
Through the course of their investigation, it was determined that the 40-year-old male driver had a suspended driver’s license that was suspended indefinitely. He was charged with driving while suspended, and his truck was seized and impounded.
