Man arrested for impaired driving on Sunday
The RNC responded to a call around noon on Sunday following a collision in Mount Pearl.
Following an investigation, a 67-year-old driver of one of the vehicles involved was arrested and charged with impaired driving. Refusal of a drug demand and breach of a release order. There were no injuries.
The 67-year-old man was released to appear in court at a later date, and the vehicle was impounded.
