Impaired woman arrested after crashing vehicle in ditch
The RNC responded to a report of a possible impaired driver in Torbay on Monday evening.
Officers located the vehicle, which had crashed in a ditch.
The 61-year-old female driver was placed under arrest for impaired driving. After further investigation, the female was charged with refusal and impaired driving; she was released for a future court date.
