Impaired Driver in Downtown St. John’s Blows Twice the Legal Limit
Around 2am on March 10th, RNC officers pulled over a suspected impaired driver in downtown St. John’s. He was taken to RNC headquarters, where he provided breath samples over twice the legal limit. As a result, he was charged with Operation of a Conveyance While Impaired and Over 80. His license was suspended, his vehicle impounded, and the 52-year old was released to appear in court at a later date.
