Housing advocate concerned problems could grow after St. John’s shuts down troubled apartment building
There are concerns for those displaced after the city shut down a notorious downtown St. John’s apartment building this week. Harbourview apartments has been the subject of numerous complaints and police investigations. but one advocate is worried about a criminal encampment forming. NTV’s Beth Penney reports.
