Gas Prices Rise for Second Straight Day
The Public Utilities Board has issued its latest update to fuel prices, and they’re up for the second straight day. The price of gas is up 3.2 cents per litre, and diesel rises by 7.8 cents. Furnace oil is up 6.71 cents per litre, and there is no change to the price of propane. In parts of Labrador, even bigger increases are being seen, with diesel up 10.4cpl and stove oil up 9.78 cents. The PUB’s next price adjustment is expected tomorrow.
