Driver Blows Twice the Legal Limit After Hit-and-Run in Paradise
Shortly before 1AM on Monday, August 31st, RNC responded to a hit-and-run complaint in Paradise where the driver was seen stumbling away from his vehicle, which was left on a lawn. Officers located the 59-year old man, who blew twice the legal limit on a breathalyzer. He had his license suspended, vehicle impounded, and now awaits court on impaired driving charges.
