Douglas Yetman arrested on murder charge after police operation Tuesday night

The third man wanted for murder in connection with a recent death on Empire Avenue has been taken into custody.

Officers found a 41-year-old man dead inside a home on Sunday. Working with the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, the death was determined to be a homicide. 

Police say around 7 p.m. Tuesday, information was received that Douglas Yetman was in the area of James Place. The RNC Tactics and Rescue Unit and the RCMP Emergency Response Team responded, and Yetman was taken into police custody without incident. Charges are pending and the investigation is ongoing.

Darryl Little, 42, and Peter Campbell, 28, were charged in the days following the death and an arrest warrant was issued for 47-year-old Douglas Yetman on charges of murder, numerous firearms and weapons offences, and breaches.
