Commonplace Traffic Stop Leads to Arrest of Wanted Man
A commonplace traffic stop led to police taking a wanted man into custody. Last night around 9pm, a traffic safety stop in Mount Pearl resulted in the discovery that the vehicle was not registered or insured. The 45-year old driver was ticketed and his vehicle impounded. RNC also found that the 42-year old passenger had a warrant for his arrest. He was arrested and held for court.
